Accidental 24 hr fast. Got too busy cutting, loading, hauling & unloading trees from the back of the property today and forgot to eat breakfast and lunch. By 3 pm it was time for a 3 1/2 mile hike with the dog, so didn't eat until dinner at 6:30. Leftover pork shoulder with veggies and some apple/carrot casserole which my wife baked (she used Splenda as the sweetener). Good day all around. Heck of a nice workout.
