Good Sunday morning FS warriors. Had a nice drop of 3.4 lb the since last Monday. All of that hiking in the mountains, I guess. The stats are proving out that its not just water loss. My water weight, muscle weight, & bone mass have all risen, while visceral fat and total fat have fallen. I'm stoked today.
Here are the stats: Body water up from 30.4% to 38.7% since the beginning of Sept. Muscle has risen from 27.2% to 34.6%, Total body fat down from 57.9% to 46.4%, Visceral fat dropped from 30 lb to 23 lb, Muscle Mass up from 131.4 lb to 141.4 lb.
