The past 2 weeks have been riddled with anxiety and homesickness. But today, I worked out for 20 minutes and felt amazing!🤸🏿‍♀️Let me start again and focus on honouring my body and feeding my soul.

@Jamie thanks for the support. My head feels much better after the mini work out. I actually ran for 10minutes straight and it felt like I was running away from all my troubles...it was exhilarating. I've never run before...I now get why you do it!

Honestly, 10 mins straight is amazing, it’s enough to process thoughts, and plenty of time to get the heart rate up, if you can do that a few times a week (time depending) you will easily smash your goal. Well done Suma 🥳💪🏻👍🏻👏🏻🎉

I was pleasantly surprised Marge. My knees usually complain if I over do it, but nothing so far, so will aim for another 20min workout today. Did you run? It's a better morning here but very ❄️

Nadia, you sound like an extremely strong person. That's a lot to deal with! Thankfully this is situational anxiety and is starting to ease🤞. The world seems to be spinning back out of control which adds to it.

Jamie, it was amazing. The only other time I feel this free is when I'm flying. When I'm up so high, I am at complete peace. If my knees don't start to trouble me, I might do 10min runs more often. Did you run this morning?

Suma I think an upgrade on the Sauna is for the New Year when we will have a better idea of finacing my mothers care.
