Ok, I have started eating again, and of course gained back some of my weight. Sigh. Knew that would happen. Time to start logging my food. Not sure what is going on with my break up since I have spent the last 6 days with her. The break up was my fault. So, I hope I'm not getting my hopes up just to get them crushed again. Cross your fingers for me. I go back to court on the 23rd to hopefully get a permanent order of protection against the crazy stalker. Haven't heard a single peep from her since the emergency order was served and it's been heaven! Lots of driving to do today. I think I go through about 3 counties. Feeling ok. Definitely don't want to gain back all the weight I lost last week. I think part of the reason I gained the weight was I have been drinking gatorade. Too much sugar.
