Happy 😃 mmmm coffee…friday….

67 yesterday….and again today…in December…can’t beat that….

Cna came in room to introduce her sister that’s starting here…when they see me riding…and see the miles…I’m doing..I hear…well I couldn’t do that…they are half my age…and with negative thoughts…I told the sister..you can’t do..what you don’t try..then I heard well…I have a bad back..I said me to…and told her walking has improved my health here….did it sync in…time will tell….

Hair cut day today….and subway Friday…several errands to take care of today….

Hit 14 miles today…always challenging myself..especially when I’m having a good ride…todays ride was in the desert….which if it’s a picture from Strava…looks like water…lol….o…and I hit 6500 in steps yesterday…so that means upping step count already…

I look at moving in here…and my health improving as a good sign..It’s hard to put into words how I feel….all I can do is smile…knowing I’m headed in right direction…and not having a scale…what a motivation…30 days to make it count…and less stressing over body fluctuations…..

Welp…things to do….
