Well, Halloween and Thanksgiving are gone. I managed to stay on plan and actually was a bit below my normal calorie count over our Thursday-Friday Thanksgiving. Now we only have to get through Christmas and New Year's Eve and the major eating holidays will be over. The hardest part for me is the parties and get-togethers with overflowing bowls of sweet and salty snacks. Just have to tough it out for about 5 weeks and I'll be back at work in Texas on a 7 day per week schedule without much time to think about food until the end of April. Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their holiday weekend.
