I am excited. I have been moving in this direction a couple of weeks. Finally starting to get a handle on sugars, carbs etc.
Still trying to maintain ABOUT 1200 calories. I tried atkins before with a friend and for me, if I don't keep the calories down, sugars too, I get stuck.
Also I use 2 tsp equate sugar free fiber powder with every 20-24oz (sports bottle) of water. I drink much more water than what I even report so sometimes more fiber powder than reported also.
I select an entire days meals for the day, shaping it to the results I want and log it in ahead of time. This helps me a lot thru day to stick to the plan and in meeting my long term goal :)
Be on purpose, determined, and persevering. Take care of your body as though you were doing it for God, and honor him with a healthy temple.
