One of my own personal goals is to keep my sodium intake within the recommended range. I also see alot of others on here post about avoiding sodium or lowing their intake, so I thought I would share this to maybe help others dial in their diet goals as well. It gets hard keeping sodium low and the more calories you consume the harder it gets. This bread right here is a game changer for me. I love bread and I usually have a couple sandwiches a day. And I'm sure must of us who read the labels know bread not is quite low sodium friendly. Incase you can't read the picture below... This is low GI, 80 cal 5g protein 0g sugar 15g carb 3g fiber 0.5g fat and 0mg sodium per slice

Apparently the Irish aren’t known for their witty insults. 🤷🏻♂️

I don’t think that’s true…let’s debate it.

We may be cousins! Could you imagine? We’re at the next O’Brien family reunion and casually start talking about this gobshite we argue with on FS and suddenly we realize we are those gobshites. That would be amazing.

I’m sitting here imagining your name is Jergens O’Brien and it’s cracking me up. No one makes me laugh quite like me. 😂 Gnight!

Please…as if I’d be near the macaroni salad.

Way to go HK3. You took a post that has nothing to do with sugar, made it about your fixation and parroted stupid stuff your low-carb idols say about sodium. Some people have to watch their sodium to stay healthy. No one except people with Type 1 diabetes is required to cut carbs for health. They just have to cut their calories enough to lose fat. Some of those calories could be from carbs. You think you know it all but all you know is how to be a child.

Jergens O’Brien deleted her posts…now mine just seem awkward. It’s cool though, Allie is here. I miss our talks, Allie.
