Sleep was better last night but woke up about 3-4 for about a half hour but didn't get out of bed. Legs hurt, and right knee hurt medially. Used "strap on pillow" to keep a space between my two knees but think that particular pillow is not actually soft enough. Going to go back to the drawing board and redesign it. Gosh, getting old SUCKS!!!! everything aches! Being wrinkled is bad enough, but being infirm is miserable!

Well, the stew I made tonight was so wonderful I ate 4 bowls full---went over my calorie limit for sure!~ But remade my pillow with the velcro straps to keep it between my knees...oh, well...tomorrow will be a better day!
