Saturday: coffee with sweetened almond milk for breakfast. Lunch was leftovers from last night, half a banana, and a bite of cake that I made for the party tonight. Going to a party - I will eat my steak salad sandwich before I go and take the shortribs with teriyaki sauce along with the cake. My friends will likely have a veggie platter or salad for me to nosh on but I have already had my share of cake!
