Something happened to me the other day which I found amusing. I was at a friends Wing Night party and went over my allotted 1700/1800 calories, not outrageous but over. The next day I slept in a bit and missed breakfast. Once dinner rolled around I found I had these extra calories I hadn't used up. I was pretty excited, it reminded me of a kid looking through the New Sear's Christmas catalog. I chose a few items that I haven't had for a while.....nice treat. Good memory.
