Salmon croquette, creamy dill pasta salad, roasted brocc & tomato. Time to eat!

How did you make the salmon croquette? It looks good.

Canned red salmon (near the tuna @ store), egg substitute, dried bread crumbs, chopped onions, chopped celery, s&p.....mix, form into patties, saute in hot skillet with 1 or 2 Tbsp oil. Quick & easy 👩‍🍳
