Today is the first full day of spring. This may sound crazy to you but it gives me a natural high (better than any drugs from the 70's). The work I did outside yesterday was a joy rather than a chore.

Will be eating out for breakfast and dinner - both restaurants have relatively safe menus so I'm not worried.
