what a great day ,,, BUT IM Tired went to physical therapy 1 hr work out , he was very please with my work haven't seen him in a week , he said if I keep up what I'm doing now he see' me getting a whole lot better <3 rang of motion (( R O M )) was 86 before surgery after 104 then back to 93 I was pushed ,, after the therapy and got a 100 ,,, YAAAA so bottom line I gained 7 inches of ROM ,, ya <3 then went to my gym did my work out then made appointment for meeting a trainer Friday.. oh not to forget I went swimming and did some very small about of knee bends in the pool as by then I was burnt out <3 so please thank you Lord for your strength and healing touch on my life I'm so greatful <3 I still plain on journaling and my food ,, but I'm afraid I may not be going through others post as often ,, had a friend come over and help me with name tags for the bus K-5 must have assigned seats or it well take them over a half hour to figure out were to seat and get in an argument with someone over something ,, Love ya Lord <3 Love ya Much Dolores Lynn <3 Praying for my FS Family how great hour are <3 sweet dreams pray your well <3
