I am still wrestling with the 1,500 calorie thing because I am such a good cook. I have the entire household on the same lifestyle change because we all packed on a lot of tonnage when my wife passed last September. Although it's a very bumpy road the only way to get over it is to stick with the program. I think 20 #'s in 2 months time is great however being the size I am that should have come off in water the first two weeks. So maybe because it is a lifestyle change and not a diet it is better a little at a time and maybe this time we won't put it back.
