I haven't been on Fat Secret on a computer for a very long time. I've been using the app on my phone and i-Pad. So, I haven't been seeing posts, messages, etc. (at least, I haven't been able to figure out how to). I hope that everyone is doing well out there. I was out of commission for about a year with knee and back problems, a broken ankle, and general lethargy. I'm fighting back again, now. I've got the joint pains to a manageable level, and being able to move around has got my blood flowing and my energy level is increasing. Slow and steady progress. We've been (and continue to travel a lot). So far this year, I've been to Texas three times, plus Virginia, New Mexico, Arizona, Mississippi and Alabama. I'll be in Texas for the next two weeks and then I'm going to spend a couple days in a cabin in the Great Smokey Mountains with my dog to hike and take in the fall color. Later this year we're going to Ohio and Michigan before we return to Texas for tax season. I'll get on the computer when I can, to see some posts, though its generally intermittent.
