That is sooo nice ... yes and what a nice salad plate. That is what I call good food. You have to get your "fuel energy" every day - on a new plate. This is memorable. How very nice.

What beautiful looking food. Food is much more than just the sum of its' nutrients. It should also be a feast for the senses and this looks to meet that criteria.

There is no shame in wine or ravioli!! Moderation is the key. Everyone has to make their own diet choices and find some enjoyment in them as well

I drink wine with my dinner most nights....just as I did when I was actively losing weight. I include the wine in my calorie count. Eating pasta, rice, potatoes, bread and desserts are fine in moderation. I also eat lots of veggies & fruit to keep it all balanced. And chicken, steak, seafood....all the stuff 😋

Fixed baked round steak wrapped in bread dressing. Only ate fourth of a cup of dressing and 3 oz. of steak. Portion control and using custard cups for measuring.. Writing everything down is key for me.
