Looking for input. I spend about 2800 cal a day. I’m currently 24% BF. I’m looking to cut to 10% (been there done that). I am not willing to consider diets in the realm of Keto/Atkins. Here is my plan. I’m looking to cut 600 cal a day, and make my macros good choices in 25% fat, 30% protein, and 45% carbs. Again, doing this through good choices and clean eating. What are your thoughts? The reason I’m 24% BF is, well, Covid-spread, and a three-year layoff. I’m gaining strength nicely, but not shedding the way I want. Cheers.
