Well I knew I was starting to crack down today so of course I went off the rails this weekend. The food wasnt bad, but the mindlessness was killer.

Made my goal of hitting the gym 3x last week. Thats the same goal this week. Ill also be tracking more closely and trying to follow my macros. My coworker laughed when she saw what I brought for food today. I said, yeah its gonna be a rough couple of days... Lots of veggies. Luckily I have my own office... 💨
