It's been ~ 10 days tracking and recording my calorie intake. All in all it's not been to difficult until today..... Stopped in at my local market to pick up some items for dinner as I walked by the freezer section I noticed Haagen-Daz ice cream bars on sale....a real good sale price too. I have on numerous occasions purchase a package of three Carmel favored bars and have eaten all three in one sitting. I circled the store the craving building and building like a Hawk circles over a field mouse prior to attacking. It took all I had in me at the time but the desire to lose weight this time won out and I purchased a few apple's instead.
2 x apples 142cal / 3 x Haagen-Daz ice cream bars 810cals.

Good for you! When you get to goal, you can incorporate stuff like that in to your diet once and while. If I want something like that, I plan for it. I may eat a smaller calorie lunch and squeeze in a couple more miles to make up for it, lol! Got live too right, lol!
