Week 6 - Day 2 - tummy workout. Lowest weight I have ever been in the past couple of years and what do i do? eat a 1000 cal b'fast! naughty stuff too! logged in everything to assess the damage and to check if there were any cals left over to consume for the rest of the day but hell no! will have brussel sprouts and a banana before hitting the gym class for BLT tonight. so much for losing 1 kg per week!
56.5 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
