TOday is my first off diet day in 3 weeks. Having a gurls night at Olive Garden so disregard my eating today...I exercised for an hour still to help to offset some of my bad eating...and back on fully tomorrow.

We will always have off days, its just a matter of getting back on board. Oh Olive Garden, I got three gifts cards to use from Christmas still. I have been trying to avoid, though I think we will go on my boyfriends birthday cause I'm broke lol. But I do like that they have there nutritional facts online and here so I can kind of plan my day out.
