Back from a weeks holiday, great time. Set a holiday goal of keeping calorie in-take at ~2000/day. First weighed in after holiday, a 5.6lb loss. I have a smile on my face ear to ear :-) I made a point of documenting all calorie in-take after each meal, this helped keeping control. I'm working at getting my calorie in-take back to ~1700cal/day. Cheers to all and have a great day.
