Thanks for all the support and positive feed back. Day three, tracking my calories and things are going well. It's day 3 plus 10, 11 or 12 when the focus has subsided and a person slips back to old habits. This forum will help me and I'm sure all of us to stay focused on our goals. Thanks again.
