Smiles...my recipe that was used was very limited due to me wanting a very low Carb count...ingredients: Ground-beef, Red-onions, Green-peppers, 2 eggs, Jalpenoes, Pinch Sea-salt, Cayenne-pepper, Garlic. Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat and other ingredients. Shape into a firm oval loaf in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 1 hour. You can add cheese, or various other veggies you like, this way creating a meatloaf that you will really enjoy. 🙏🏽You're in my prayers as well💗. Be safe in the name of Jesus Christ. 🙏🏽God bless.
