Boy is it cool this morning. Windows open and no air conditioner. I am happy with my food choices this week although I tend to grab a bite here and there of things that I really shouldn't. I ate 5 saltine crackers with butter for a snack yesterday. It wasn't a very good choice of snacks, but it was very satisfying.
