Challenge Statistics (I have nowhere else to keep track)
Run: 5 miles Bike: 17 miles
Food tonight: Binged. Emotional eating over something stupid. Bad deal. Can't even blame it on the husband this time. I can do better. I will do better from this point on.

I post all of my workouts in my journal. This way I can give the exact statistic of what I did, length, calories burned, heart rate, etc.

First of all, Wow you're a freaking machine. Here I am patting myself on the back for my 9 mile bike ride today and you blew that so far out of the water it's not even funny. I am an emotional eater too, but I am much more susceptible to a binge when I'm not eating enough to begin with. I'll be already hungry then something upsets me and bam... on the diabetes train. You are working so damn hard in the fitness department, add more calories to your daily intake. Bump yourself up to around 1600 on those workout days and see if that helps you stay in control better. If that's manageable and you're still losing add in another hundred. Try squeezing in more fats and proteins. Chin up, weak moment or Not you are still one hell of an amazing woman.

Wow, you guys are all amazing, if it were not 11:30pm I would get on the treadmill. I'll aim for some more miles tomorrow. Goodnight!

I have to agree with Yolanda9179. I eat around 2000 calories a day and I manage to lose and have lost a lot of weight. But you know what to do, so..

You are amazing 2MC!! I have to go have a pulmonary function test today, but I told the hubby I want to get a bike, and ride the trails here, to get more exercise and get my lungs more exercise to strengthen them up some. Its hard to do that with COPD, but I can get them stronger, and that will help stave off the inevitable O2 canister!! I hope by at least 20 years!! Glad that you identified the cause of the eating, and now you know you can get past that!!! Stupid reason or not, just put it behind you and go forward!! Love ya!! Keep up that great work!!

Thank you all for the support and encouragement. Ya'll may be right about increasing my regular calorie intake. It's just hard to consciously do that because I fear gaining weight rather than losing.

2... Now on maintenance I'm upping my calories. O M G!!! There is a method to the madness. I will probably gain some, but it should level off. We'll see.
