So I was online reading this article http://fitbie.msn.com/eat-right/tips/10-super-nutrients-flat-belly/tip/0 about "10 super nutrients for a flat belly." Usually I don't even take much heed to these kinds of articles b/c they don't always have research to back them up. But this one seemed legit.

Anyway, so I was looking at the foods that they recommend and they are all foods contained within the P90X nutrition plan! From salmon to bananas to strawberries to spinach and nuts, everything is something that is incoporated into the plan!

It was just nice to see that confirmation. Trust in the plan!
