My take on halibut: pan seared with a shallots-citrus-wine-crème fraîche sauce. It was good, but did not really paired well with the salad. Any form of rice or steamed potatoes would be a better choice. 456 kcal, not bad. Carb 34% (38g), Fat 34% (18g), Protein 32% (37g).
