Can anyone explain that to me, how 17.6g of fat equals 38g of carbs? Is that in calories contents? That must be it. Pretty balanced meal, I am happy with that, even if the scale might get a bit grumpy.

Instead of grams, maybe it should all be split up into calories only. Maybe then people would see that most all foods that are considered "carbs" are actually equally "fats". People see less fats but forget that each gram is more than twice as many calories. So take this item for example. Total fat: 158.49, Total carbohydrates:152.88, Total protein: 119.58(net calories after the 30% TEF). Protein is closer to 3.2 calories per gram after digestion.

What Diablo said. The energy per gram of fat is the highest with the lowest TEF of all the macronutrients. And many of the foods people call carbs and overeat on are in fact no more carbs than they are fat, or practically an equal split between the two if you look at how much energy is coming from each macro.
