ok .. time to get serious , yesterday and today I had the most meat ever and potatoe and grease grease, grease .. did I enjoy it ? not really , was I hungry or craving or even in need to get some energy - nope , you just sat there and move your mouth mechanically without even thinking what were you putting in it , like a machine .. like a fat machine . Please stop , if you are going to open your mouth and eat let it be super worth it , stop the time siéntate , coge tus cubiertos y servilleta, piensa en la compañía , mastica, conversa , saborea cada bocado - piensa en las calorias y los nutrientes q vienen en cada una , toma agua , pausa , siente ...toma un cafecito, camina, baila, digiere, relájate deja de abrir la boca inconscientemente por favor ..haz q sea para siempre así , un modo de vida , una forma de ser ..
