Didn’t stick to my deficit plan at all today. Not sure what was up with my will power. Most days I hit my 500 calorie deficit goal, today I couldn’t stop snacking. Even when I knew I was in a surplus I had more snacks. Trying to accept that it’s ok to have off days as long as the majority are in a deficit. It’s challenging not to be mad at myself. I let loose on Friday for my birthday and told myself I would do good this week to compensate. Rocked it yesterday with a 900 cal deficit, today I’ll probably sit around 500 cal surplus so it’s not horrible, but I still feel upset with myself. Figured I would share my struggles so others who have off days don’t feel alone if they are feeling similar to I am. Tomorrow is a new day. Just gotta stay focused on my goals and make healthy choices.
