Get the stationary bike fitted for you or find instructions on how to fit a bike. That might help the knee pain.

I know what you mean about being bitten by the exercise bug. That is a GOOD feeling. Your "rate of weight loss" states that you are losing 28 pounds a week. Smile. I just about fell over when I dropped 5 pounds of water after day one and my "rate" read, 'You are losing weight at a rate of 35 pounds a week." Keep it up Buddy!

No I am not loosing 28 lbs a week, I know that the doctor would be worried that something is wrong with me- and I would also be concern.. I am keeping track of how much I have been loosing each week, and averaging it.. it is right now.... 4.4 lbs a week,on the average I am in the range of 4 lbs to 4.75 lbs a week.. I know that I should not be weighing myself everyday, but I am-- and between Sunday and Monday I dropped 4 lbs-- I think that is where the 35 lbs a week came in.. not sure why I dropped so much in one day.. I thought that it was a fluke, but I weighed myself today and I have lost another .4lbs from yesterday.. I am concern that I am dropping too much weight all at once- I guess that since I am eating healthier, and eating foods that are more filling and less calories it will do that...lol... My right knee is still kind of senistive.. not sure what is going on.. :-(

Water weight maybe? The knee could probably use a rest, maybe walk a few days instead of bike?
