Fasting blood sugar 142/ weight 164.4 Plan: IF/low carb high protein Spent the morning baking keto blueberry zucchini bread and also almond flour yeast bread. First time to use yeast with almond flour for bread. Made a very pretty loaf but the taste isn't quite what I want yet. I will experiment again. Skipped breakfast, lunch was pork chop and cucumber tomato salad, plus both kinds of bread. Supper was an unplanned trip to IHOP where I ate tilapia, broccoli, and rice medley.
