I'm stepping it up! Yesterday I began my 30 day at home program. Weights, strength training, aerobics. I hesitated when I bought a beginners package, because in my head I can run a marathon and do unlimited push up's 🏃😂. Fortunately the program is very flexible and you can increase intensity or decrease it if needed. Here we go! 🙂
