This sure is frustrating, I'm up over a pound from yesterday and no change since last Friday. Not what I was expecting. I guess that's the way it goes. I'm just going to keep on doing what I've been doing.
108.4 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

it may just be the McDonald's showing it's ugly sodium-filled face. Don't worry, it will come off again. You're doing all the right things.

happens to me all the time, weight goes steady for a few days in spite of all the exercise and diet control ....but then bang suddenly I find that I have dropped all the weight I expected to drop .... keep doing what you are doing...it will happen

Hang in there its just trying to hang on it will continue to drop if you keep on it.
