it should been a little lower but steady and down is the way to go!!
65.5 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you are right - at 400 g of cheese so no bathroom for a while..... I think this is the reason.

Very encouraging to see someone so close to achieving their goal. I'm not even halfway to mine yet, but I did just break through the barrier between actually obese and merely heavy for my height. Good luck with those last few pounds.

psst toasted ground flax no more then 2 tblsps a day will help there re:cheese etc. ;)

My solution for that part? One quarter of a bran muffin every single day as part of breakfast.
