Surprised down. Far from good over the long weekend. Feeling really bloated. I was happy I exercise 5 out of 7 days this week.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Exercise is great! It’s not just the calories burned during the workout, but it also boosts your metabolism for a while afterwards. You obviously have figured this out correctly 😊
