Nice! I use avocado in place of mayonnaise in tuna salad now too! So yummy.

I thought I was the only one who loved smoked salmon with avocado toast! Next time try putting in some chopped up hard boiled eggs (or egg whites) with the avocado and some everything bagel seasoning! Soooo good!
