Sunday (day 7)

norm: 1 hour steps and 1 hour boxing
ch 1: restday
ch 2: square dancing...
ch 3: restday

Recently i have the weirest advice. I should be eating the same foods that i was eating when i was still 113 kilo's, just in moderation. This was said by someone who in my opinion was not even a very solid rolemodel for me...
I was completely baffeled. This advice is sooooooo unsound, unreasonable and ... at a loss for words, lets just say it was BAD advice. I decided to dedicate my journal today for this.


113 kilo:

Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat) 55 g

Ground Beef 83 g
Mixed Vegetables (Frozen) 200 g
Light Wheat Hamburger Bun 1 bun, 46 g
Cooked Mature Onions 10 g

Kitkat Mini 2 x 1 stuk (per stuk)
Apple 3/4 piece (1/8 9" dia)
Honeydew Melons 100 g
Pineapple 100 g
Grapes 100 g
Karamelvla 150 g
Milk Chocolate Candies 20 g
Potato Chips 1 single serving bag


If i was to take smaller portions, but the same food so i would end up at 1500 kcals... there is still a HUGE problem with this diet!!!

I will make it a pop-quiz!!
Please put down one thing you see wrong in this diet! Let me see your commune knowledge!!! I dare you!!!

Tomorrow i will discuss our findings (*lol*)

well not so much too high in fat'sn (32 gram), but they are all the wrong fats. Not the fish-fats with the omega3's or the unsaturated fats that come with the protein-rich foods.
