Tom hasn't arrived but I am a bit more level headed again :)

My daughter is trying a 80/10/10 raw vegan diet. Its high carb, low fat. Sounds bizarre and going against everything I know/ blelieve in whats right or good for you. She has been a vegiterian since the age of 12. Boy did I struggle to feed her the 1st year. But as everything, the more you do it....the easier it gets.

I had an overload on meatand fish on Tueasday night. We went to a lovely chinese restaurant. 8 of us. There was so much food on the table. I didn't even touch the rice or noodles.

Wednesday I was still full and barely ate. Even after kettlebell I wasn't hungry, which is very unsual for me. Instead I craved fresh fruit.
So this morning I had a huge fruit smoothie and I am buzzing from all the sugar in it.

As it is friday, it would be bacon butty day. But I am just not feeling it today. Be interesting how my workout goes this afternoon on a belly full of fruit. I will continue with wave training, using some slightly heavier weights than last friday.

Will have my hair cut again later this afternoon and tomorrow morning will be the height of pampering: I am booked in for a lymphatic drainage massage that will last 2 hours. Can't wait. Pure bliss. Well I hope, since I have never had one.

I've been craving chinese. Started w/sushi and then morphed into something w/noodles. Think I'll go back to sashimi and skip the rice & noodles too. Please share the lymph drain experience - I've heard a lot about those and am curious.
