Something different that I’ve committed to is increasing my daily step goals. Why this is different is because pre-Covid I was very active in the workplace. Working from home for the past 15 months drastically reduced my movement. Feeling hopeful.
71.4 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I found the same. I retired at the end of December and went quite literally overnight down on my daily steps by an average of about 90%! It was quite a shock - and quite a challenge to get my steps back up a bit. Work in progress😉

Same here! I used to at least walk about 20 minutes from parking to work and back each day- I was never ultra-active but with working from home since March 2020, there were days on end I never even left the house! I just learned we’ll be working from home permanently so definitely needed to come up with a new plan to get moving 🙂
