day three of my scientific experiment.
Today i have early class so i HAD to eat 500 kcals for breakfast. i am used to 100, so i feel bloated and full and my tummy hurts a little. Maybe its all in my head, because it was not THAT much in volume... i do hope the feeling subsides in an hour when class starts ;)
I am also very curious how my body will respond after eating the post-exercise 500 kcals, that it is going to have to make do with "only" 500 kcals for the remainder of the day... i will keep up the experiment. I gave it one week, and God D*** that I don't have the resolve and preseverence to keep it up!
Weight was down a little, but the experiment is not about weight, it is about losing FAT and gaining MUSCLE...
