Already planned my breakfast for tomorrow. Have an employee appreciation breakfast. Having a two egg omelet with ham, cheese and veggies and a side of bacon. No toast or homefries for me! Hoping for a positive weigh in this Friday. One day at a time. Sugar cravings are really starting to disappear. I can do this!
