We had revival at church this weekend, with the customary meals/pot luck. So I went off my diet, not too bad but it translates to no weight loss over the past 3 days. BUT...at least that also means no weight gain. Monday...new week, new start, back to the eating plan, except I overslept this morning and had to rush so I couldn't make the normal breakfast smoothie for my wife and myself. But all is good....looking forward to shedding some weight this week, which is important since we're going to visit family in Buffalo next weekend. It's harder to eat well when traveling and visiting.
