COFFEE ADDICTION - This is day 3 of me trying to break off my coffee addiction. It was suggested that my excessive coffee drinking was slowing my weight loss. Hope today goes better than yesterday.

So that explains the herb tea and broth (aside from being warming). Is 12oz of coffee really too much?? Good luck with that approach! Maybe I should try the herb tea...
