29 inches and 32 pounds just fell off my body in 2 months let see what we can accomplish in the next month hopping for 15 pounds and a few inches :) that would be nice

i don't eat over 1500 cal i eat alot of fruit veggies and soup ever day for lunch (homemade) and i follow the 20 % protein 30 % fat and 50 % crabs it working's well :)
