My back continues to improve. Yesterday was the first day I was out walking with my husband without using a walker. We walked about 4 blocks and back again. As long as I can hold his arm to steady myself I am fine with that. Three days ago he had to go to a doctor for a possible ear infection and said: “You are going with me.” We were going to a very busy area and didn't know about parking. I didn't feel good enough or strong enough to go out for dinner after. Yesterday we got in to see an Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor for him and did a little grocery shopping after. Today he has an appointment with an audiologist. He just told me he wants me to drive. I guess I can, carefully. As of last night, he is leaving the cooking and dishes up to me. I can do a little then have to lay down for a while. He helped me put on a load of laundry today by picking up his things off the floor in front of the washer so I wouldn't have to bend over. We can have leftovers for dinner which will be easier.

So glad you are making progress, J. Glad you're able to get out some. Don't overdo it. Good idea to have your husband pick up his clothes from the floor, so you wouldn't have to lift. May you continue to improve day by day!
