According to first weigh in and measurements at the gym last month, I lost about 5 lbs. and inches off everywhere!!!!!! Now working with heavier weights to create more muscle mass. Excited!

You are doing so well! I looked up some tabata music online to do on days that we don't have class at the gym. I am so glad you told me about the class. Handling class with John today so that should be fun.
