Woke up to the predicted winter mix and white covering the ground. Yuck! Body says yes the tilling was a good workout, I think every muscle is sore this am. Time change still affecting my normal rhythms.

Meals and workouts are planned for the week. A morning for a quick run for a few groceries this am. Then house chores and some prep cooking for the week. Have to get back on track as I have not been organized the past few weeks. Need to also plan house chore schedule to push me into not being a couch potato after work and leaving everything for a weekend day.

Will try the Sean t video again, maybe I can get past the first 10 minutes. Also need to see if any clothes from my too small box fit or are even something I'd wear and sort through my closets again as I have started a new goodwill pile.

Good to know I'm not the only one still messed up by the time change. Of course that weather isn't helping any! According to rumor - Spring is supposed to get here Wednesday. Hope that helps :)

Unfortunately the weather doesn't pay attention to that date 😉. Looks like a pretty good week ahead for us after today. Not for those north of here though. Need to get moving, 9:30 and I'm still playing on here, petting my dog, and drinking coffee.

Wow!! Cannot believe the price of walnuts, deferred that until Monday and will check the price at aldis when I stop for asparagus on my way home from work. Found some interesting mushrooms at the Chinese store, will have to revise a meal this week to try them. Quick grilled cheese and flower tea for lunch then to get busy. Hungry forgot breakfast.

Funny it's all time for me!! Taking a few minutes for asthma drugs to work--tree pollen is high. I absolutely love working in my yard. In reading about many members food addictions here I've decided mine is for cooking and the result eating really good food. I've never been a fan of junk or fast foods. Granted my favorite things are not cleaning house or the frig but I do love having my house neat and clean and my frig under control so it's a means to an end. I love to cook and try new dishes. Pre planning and prep cooking makes quick good dinners and lunches during the work week doable. Restaurant background and most good restaurant food is done quickly to order thanks to prep that was done earlier in the day. In all it's what I need to do for me to feel good as I live by myself with my 2 crazy dogs and a chatterbox parrot who begs for snacks when I'm cooking.

My food/cooking plan just changed from high calorie and high fat to lower calorie lower fat foods with my decision that I really needed to lose weight and not gain it back. I also quit drinking so much beer.
